Bill is Mercantile Bank's Senior Vice President for Commercial Banking. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University as well as his Masters of Business Administration.

• Justin Stone: Treasurer

  

Justin is an audit partner with Crowe Horwath LLP. His primary areas of practice include public and large privately owned corporations. A native of Indiana, Justin received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University.

Thomas is a Greenspoon Marder, P.A. attorney specializing in real estate, commercial acquisitions and financing closings.  Born in Rockville Center, New York, Thomas received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University and then attended Nova Southeastern University Law School.   

• Paula Fernandez-Lutes

  

Paula is Corporate Counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies, for whom she has worked since 1994. She was born in Cookeville, Tennessee, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee and then attended Vanderbilt University Law School.

Mike is the owner of Minutemann Press Boca Raton, one of the leading Minuteman Press franchise locations in the world. Originally from Michigan, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State.

• Hector J. Ponte 

Hector is a 23 year veteran of Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, where he is currently the Community Bank President for the Dade/Broward Countyline Market. He is a graduate of Miami-Dade College and attended Florida International University.

• Holly C. Richardson

  

A former Vice President of JM Family Enterprises, Holly was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the prime of her life and top of her career. She currently is an MS Advocate who sits on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society in South Florida. She attended the University of Virginia where she earned a graduate degree in Retail Bank Management.

Jonathan is an attorney at Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny, LLP specializing in marital and family law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and attended DePaul University College of Law.

David is the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Citrix Systems, Inc. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Virginia.
